Gianmarco Cremonesi has over 20 years experience in CFO and senior finance manager capacities. He has experience from a variety of multi-nationals across Europe from a wide range of infrastructure sectors, including utilities and transport, where he has held executive, senior executive and board positions and led and completed a number of infrastructure transactions.
Gianmarco was a member of the team that founded Arcus in 2009 with particular responsibility for the preparation of budgets and multiple year forecasts supporting the acquisition from Babcock & Brown and has been the CFO from that time. Additionally Gianmarco has been the CFO of Arcus European Infrastructure Fund 1 since its inception in 2007 with responsibility for all financial reporting, valuation of the assets and quarterly reporting for the Fund. Gianmarco currently sits on a number of boards of the Fund’s subsidiary and investee companies.
Prior to Arcus, Gianmarco was previously employed by Babcock & Brown (2007-2009), Iveco Capital Limited (2005-2007), Fiat Auto SpA (2003-2005), Trenitalia (2000-2003), TAV (1999) and Edison (1993-1998).
Gianmarco holds a University degree in Economics from Universita’ Luigi Bocconi in Milan, Italy (1979-1984).
