Jack Colbourne



Jack Colbourne has over 20 years experience in investing in infrastructure, predominantly in Europe. His sectoral experience includes wireless towers, rail rolling stock, mobile and fixed network telecom operators, PFI/PPPs, and real estate associated with utilities.

Jack was a member of the team that founded Arcus in 2009, and has acted as Asset Manager for Shere Group since 2009, leading the M&A and integration process of the KPN tower portfolio in 2011, which effectively doubled the size of the group. Jack was also the Asset Manager for Alpha Trains from 2009 to 2012 and continues to act as a director of Alpha Trains.
Prior to Arcus, Jack was at Babcock & Brown (2002-2009), Resolution Property plc (1999-2002), WorldTel Limited (1996-1999), the European Bank for Reconstruction & Development (1992-1996), and Monitor Company Europe Limited (1990-1992). He led, or was a team member on, a number of successful equity and debt infrastructure investments in the course of these roles.
Jack holds an AB from Harvard College (1984-1988) and an MBA from Insead (1994).
