Neil has 15 years of experience in the infrastructure and private equity asset classes. Neil has a wide range of experience in M&A, due diligence, financing and asset management on account of his transaction services background with E&Y, Andersen and more recently his experience with Arcus. His infrastructure experience covers the rail rolling stock, ports, gas distribution and communications sectors.
Neil Krawitz has been a member of the Arcus team since its formation in 2009 and was admitted as a Partner in 2015. He has been involved in the asset management of Alpha Trains for a number of years, has been Asset Manager since 2012 and sits on the Board of Alpha Trains Group. As Asset Manager, Neil has overseen and contributed to a period of very strong growth and performance from the Alpha Trains business. Neil also played a significant role in the development and take private of the investment in Forth Ports, and previously was on the Board of that company.
Prior to Arcus, Neil was at Babcock & Brown (2007-2009), Ernst & Young (2001-2007) and Andersen (1996-2001). Neil holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, is a Chartered Accountant and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
