Stefano Brugnolo



Stefano has more than ten years of direct experience in the infrastructure asset class. He has undertaken significant assignments in the toll road, ports, renewable energy, gas storage and distribution and telecommunication towers sectors. Stefano possesses strong analytical skills, robust due diligence experience as well as a strong commercial understanding and financing capabilities which he uses in his role as Co-Head of the Energy Sector Team.

Most recently Stefano has led the origination, DD, negotiation and acquisition of 85% of GTC (Polish AmberOne A1 Motorway) and is responsible for its asset management. Stefano was also responsible for Arcus initiative in the offshore wind sector.

Stefano’s past experience includes responsibility for the analysis underlying the structuring and financing of the public offer for Brisa, and for preparing the company’s business plan.

Stefano has also participated in a number of PFI/ PPP public auctions and been a core member of teams bidding for some of the most significant wind portfolios in Europe.

Prior to Arcus, Stefano was previously employed by Babcock & Brown in London and Milan (2006-2009) and Trafigura in London (2005).

Stefano holds a Master of Science in Corporate Finance and Bachelor of Economics from Universita’ Luigi Bocconi in Milan, Italy. He is also a CFA Charterholder.
