Alex joined Arcus in 2021 as Head of Tax and provides tax advice and strategic input across a wide range of matters within the Arcus business. This includes the ongoing management of existing assets, evaluation of new investment opportunities, house tax compliance, and deal execution. Before joining Arcus, Alex was a Senior Manager in PwC’s Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) team, where Alex advised a broad portfolio of AIF clients—including Arcus—on cross-border tax structuring, tax disputes, M&A tax advisory, and compliance matters. Alex holds a BA in Accounting and Financial Management and Economics from the University of Sheffield, is a qualified Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
