Alex joined Arcus in 2019 as Senior Legal Counsel, providing legal advice and supporting deal execution across the Arcus business. This includes matters related to M&A, financing, asset management, and fundraising. In addition to this role, Alex leads the Co-Investments Team—a cross-functional group responsible for executing and managing co-investments into Arcus-managed assets. Before joining Arcus, Alex was a corporate associate at Freshfields in London, where Alex worked on a broad range of cross-border corporate, finance, and capital markets transactions. Alex holds a BA in Law from Oxford University and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School. Alex is a qualified solicitor, admitted to practise law in both England and Wales, and Greece, as a member of the Athens Bar Association.
