Holly joined Arcus as Legal Counsel in 2025 and advises primarily on M&A activities as well as on legal matters across Arcus’ business. Prior to joining Arcus, Holly worked at Allen & Overy (now A&O Shearman) advising on a range of corporate transactions including private M&A, equity finance, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work. She was seconded to Reckitt in 2021 and Arcus in 2024/25. Holly holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford and is a solicitor admitted to practice law in England and Wales.
