Jasmin joined the Arcus legal team in 2018. Prior to Arcus, Jasmin worked for the international financial service provider, Citco REIF Services (Luxembourg) S.A, in Luxembourg. She was in charge of various projects in the private equity and real estate team, worked across different types of structures and gained also experience in AML and compliance. In her current role at Arcus, Jasmin is responsible for managing corporate legal matters on the Luxembourg registered Funds and its subsidiaries, including corporate governance, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, managing shareholder relations, overseeing corporate actions and assisting on deal execution across Arcus’ business.
