Marco joined Arcus in 2025 and is an investment professional with over ten years of experience in conducting due diligence, executing transactions, and managing assets across a variety of sectors, including energy and infrastructure. As part of the Energy team, Marco supports asset management activities as well as deal origination, screening, and execution. Prior to joining Arcus, Marco worked at iCON Infrastructure, where he focused primarily on Italian transactions and portfolio companies, particularly within the energy sector. He previously served as a consultant at Bain & Company and began his career as a lawyer at Gianni & Origoni, specialising in Energy, Infrastructure, and Project Finance. Marco holds a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD and a Master’s degree in Law from Bocconi University.
