Viola is a Paralegal at Arcus with over three years of experience in corporate and commercial matters both in the private equity and construction sectors. Viola provides legal advice and input on the negotiation and execution of confidentiality and engagement arrangements in the origination phase across Arcus’ four key sectors. She also provides wider transaction support to the Legal team. Before joining Arcus, Viola was a paralegal in a construction company in London, advising on infrastructure projects and joint ventures with developers. Previously, Viola also worked for a portfolio company of Onex Corporation assisting with acquisitions and disposals on a healthcare private equity mandate in the UK, US, Europe and Asia. Viola holds a qualifying law degree with First Class Honours.
