30 October 2026 – Arcus Infrastructure Partners (“Arcus”) is proud to mark ten consecutive years of participation in the GRESB Infrastructure Assessment with another year of strong results, reflecting a long-standing commitment to integrating ESG principles into the firm’s investment and asset management approach.
AEIF2 improved its score by one point to 97 out of a possible 100 in the 2026 GRESB Fund Assessment, reflecting strong ESG performance across the portfolio. All AEIF2 assets scored 95 or above, with HB, Momentum, Opus, and Peacock all improving their scores, driven by enhanced policy frameworks and risk registers.
AEIF3
The AEIF3 score increased from 84 to 89 out of 100, reflecting continued progress in ESG performance from returning participants and strong scores from the first-time participant assets. Of note, Abyss scored 89 out of 100, a strong first-time score and well above the GRESB first-year participant average of 73. This result was achieved through Abyss’ comprehensive ESG policies, data collection, and risk management procedures.
Workdry continued to perform well, increasing its score from 92 to 97. Officium and Coolworld both made substantial improvements. Officium’s score increased from 70 in 2025 to 85 in 2026, reflecting the successful introduction of customer and employee engagement programmes, while Coolworld’s score rose from 69 to 82 as a result of expanded ESG data collection and reporting. EZE and Portus also improved their scores, rising from 68 to 77 and 81 to 86 respectively.
FixMap and Powering also participated for the first time in 2026, scoring 74 and 78 out of 100 respectively – aligned with our expectations for first-time participants. Arcus remains confident these assets will continue to improve in the coming years as we work closely with their management teams to implement and strengthen ESG initiatives across the portfolio.
Wifinity, which was acquired in 2026, wasn’t eligible to participate this year but will do so in 2027.
AEIF4
Given the early stage of the fund, no AEIF4 assets were eligible to participate in the 2026 assessment. WCCTV will participate in 2027.

Given Arcus’ dedicated focus on infrastructure investments, sustainability remains a key area of focus and an important component of our investment strategy across all funds. This year marks the tenth consecutive year of Arcus’ participation in the GRESB Infrastructure Assessment, having joined at its inception in 2017. Arcus also contributes to industry best practice and the development of GRESB Standards through its membership of the GRESB Infrastructure Standards Committee, which it joined in October 2018, as well as Expert Resource Groups, which provide technical expertise, industry resources and guidance.
As ESG best practice continues to evolve, Arcus remains committed to maintaining the high standards we have set, while actively seeking opportunities for further improvement.
